Washougal River is very close and nice parks on the river
within walking distance. Shopping on Old Evergreen
Hwy/E Street and Main Street. Quiet and clean
neighborhood, good for walks. Looking south up the gradual incline on 15th St., our house is the white one on the right. This is not a high density neighborhood, and there are mostly homeowners occupying houses.
